1. Shipping & Delivery
Where is the item located ?
All stock is currently located in Melbourne, Australia and will be shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne.
2. Delivery Options including Free Delivery.
There are 3 Delivery Options:
a: Free Local Pickup from Melbourne Store. Call 1300 90 91 44
b: Free shipping Australia Wide with SENDLE Courier Track & Sign. See www.sendle.com for more details. Please note the courier will come via ROAD.
c: 10$ Australia Post Express Parcel withTrack & Sign. This is the fasted delivery and usually the items are delivery the next day from the date of Order.
Please note: You cannot use SENDLE if you want to delivery to PO BOX. Please use Aus Post for PO BOX.
3. How long will delivery take?
Handling time for each order is between 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page. Within this time the item is dispatched using Australia Post or Sendle (Depending on Selection). With Sendle, usual delivery time is 2-4 Business days (Non Xmas Period) from the time of dispatch to NSW, VIC, TAS, SA.
Sendle can take extended time for delivering to QLD, WA, NT via road. Please check their websites for more details.
All items are dispatched will have a tracking number. This will be emailed to you once the item is dispatched.
5. Do I have to sign for my delivery? Yes. Sendle/Australia Post will require you to sign when taking the delivery. This also confirms that the product was delivered in a suitable condition and without any obvious defects or damage. If the items is sent to a POST BOX then no signature will be required.
But if you don't want to sign for the delivery and want the package to be left at the door then please email us at care@urbanTAJ.com.au after placing your order.
6. What if I am not home when my package arrives? Sendle/Australia Post will leave a notice at your home detailing an alternative delivery arrangement.
7. My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do? Please use the tracking number to track your item with Sendle/Australia Post. Please contact our Customer Care Team via email at care@urbanTAJ.com.au in case you wish to escalate.
